Okuta means stone in Idàáshà. Located at the foot of the Amagbékpa hill in the town of Dassa /Benin. Okuta is a cultural centre created by Félix Agossa, a visual artist.The site hosts artists’ residencies and is packed with sculpted works of art in a variety of forms, as well as objets d’art. It offers a hike up a hill, punctuated by discoveries of works of art carved into the granite rocks. A view of the city rewards your short climb.
